Detailed Mechanics:

1.     This promo is open to all female Charmee buyers who are subscribers of Smart  (Buddy, Addict Mobile, Talk N Text), Globe (Touch Mobile) and Sun Cellular.

2.     To join, the participant has to buy any variant and pack size of Charmee Feminine Pads and Pantyliners.

3.     The OR or SERIAL number or “S/N” found on the tape receipt will serve as the raffle entry.  This is usually found on the top or bottom part of the tape receipt. ( insert sample picture of tape receipt showing the location of the transaction or serial number)

4.     The purchased Charmee product must be clearly stated on the tape receipt.  For tape receipts that don’t clearly state the purchased product, OFFICIAL RECEIPT or CASH INVOICE can be used as long as the purchased Charmee product is stated on it.  The OFFICIAL RECEIPT or CASH INVOICE number will now serve as the raffle entry.

5.      Before texting the number, Charmee consumer must register by texting the following:

FORMAT: CHARMEE REG name/age/regional location (Choose from GMA, Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao)/complete address

SAMPLE: CHARMEE REG Claire Gonzales/20/GMA/7 Fuji St. Pasig City

       * Send to 2727 for Smart, Talk N Text, Addict Mobile & Sun subscribers and 2800 for Globe & TM subscribers

      Participant will receive a confirmation message of successful registration.

* Registration is free of charge and should only be done once

6.     Once successfully registered, participants can keep submitting their entries via text by keying in the codes upon purchase of Charmee.

FORMAT: CHARMEE FEMPRO <OR or SERIAL number>/<number of Charmee packs>/<store where Charmee was purchased>/<date of purchase>

Participants will receive a confirmation text message stating the number of entries earned and the number of entries accumulated to date after texting the entry.

7.     Number; of entries is equivalent to the number of Charmee packs bought.

8.     More entries texted will mean more chances of winning. Each text message will be charged Php 2.50 for Smart & Globe and Php2.00 for Sun Cellular.

9.     There can only be one female registered name per cellular number. Once a participant joins using her cellular number, no one else will be allowed to register using the same number 

10.  Consumers who joined the raffle should keep the TAPE RECEIPT or OFFICIAL RECEIPT or CASH INVOICE bearing the correct OR or serial number and number of Charmee packs bought they texted for verification in the event that their name is drawn.

11. There will be 12 weekly draws and a grand draw.  Prizes to be given away are as follows:

 Weekly draws: 100 winners per week of Charmee Umbrella

 Grand draw:

Grand Prize: 4 winners of Sony Vaio Laptop (1 winner each for GMA, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao)

2^nd Prize:       8 winners of Nokia 5310 (2 winners each for GMA, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao)

            Consolation Prize: 500 winners of Charmee umbrella

12.  Participants are allowed to win once for every weekly draw and grand draw.  Should a participant’s name is drawn more than once in the grand draw, she is only entitled to win whichever prize is higher.

 13. The draw will be supervised by a DTI Representative. Below is the deadline of submission of entries and schedule of draw

14.    All non-winning entries will be carried over to the succeeding draws.

15.   The promo period will run from August 1 to October 31, 2008

16.   The service provider, Buy N Text Corporation will be handling the winner verification. Strict verification procedures will be enforced to ensure validity and authenticity of the TAPE RECEIPT or OFFICIAL RECEIPT or CASH INVOICE. Verified winners will then be eligible to claim their prize.

17.   Potential female winners will receive a call (for Smart subscribers via SMART special access local 7777) and registered notification letter from the verification team.  The potential winners will be asked to mail in the TAPE or OFFICIAL RECEIPT or CASH INVOICE with the winning serial or OR number as proof of purchase together with the registered notification letter and any 2 photocopied valid ID (e.g passport, driver’s license, SSS ID, company ID) and the complete address where to send the prizes.  Damaged, altered and/or tampered TAPE or OFFICIAL RECEIPT or CASH INVOICE will be disqualified and rendered invalid.  Failure to submit any of the requirements will forfeit awarding of the prize to the winner. Hence, a new potential winner shall be drawn thereof.

18.   Prizes for the weekly and grand draws will be sent by JS Unitrade to the winners via  the assigned courier company.

19.   From the date of receipt of notification letter, winners have until 60 days after the promo period to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within the given period will be forfeited in favor of JS Unitrade with prior approval from DTI.

20.   Acceptance of the prizes constitute the permission to use the winner’s name for advertising purposes without further notice of compensation, unless prohibited by law.

21.   Employees of JS Unitrade, Buy ‘N Text Corporation, all its dealers, agencies, suppliers, partners and sponsors, including their relatives up to the third (3^rd) degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
